You have the right to return products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. Please be advised that the exchange can only be done once and only for products of the same or lesser value.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made.  Purchased items can be returned only from the country in which they were originally purchased. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. QANTYM does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

The campaign offer is based on the original purchase. In case of a return where you no longer fulfill the criteria for the campaign offer, the refunded or charged amount will be adjusted accordingly.

RETURN YOUR ORDER WITH AUSTRALIA POST:

1. Contact us via the contact form so we can provide you a return label
2. Repack your products and stick the label to the outside of the package
3. Drop off the package at your local post office or AU post box.
